1. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship orders within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Pickles are packed fresh after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Local / Same State: 2–4 business days

  • Other States: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or informed during order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on location, package weight, and courier partner.

  • Any additional courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Packaging & Handling:

  • All pickles are packed using leak-proof and hygienic packaging.

  • Extra care is taken to avoid spillage during transit.

  • Despite careful packing, minor oil leakage may occur due to transportation handling.

6. Courier Responsibility:

Once the order is handed over to the courier:

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier service.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders:

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • Wrong product

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package.
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

8. Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. No Returns on Food Items:

As per food safety regulations, food products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Replacement may be considered only in exceptional cases after verification.
