Return & Replacement Policy (Food Products)

At Lakshmidairyhouse, we take utmost care in preparing and packing our food products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, the following policy applies.

1. No Returns on Food Products:

As per food safety and hygiene regulations, food products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

2. Replacement Eligibility:

Replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Product severely damaged during delivery

  • Package tampered at the time of delivery

Minor oil leakage or changes in taste, texture, or spice level do not qualify for replacement.

3. Time Limit for Reporting Issues:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • 4. Replacement Process:

  • After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost (where applicable).

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.

  • No cash refund will be provided in place of replacement unless approved by management.

5. Non-Replacement Cases:

Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste or spice preference issues

  • Improper storage or handling by the customer

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier or external factors

6. Same-Day Local Delivery:

For same-day local deliveries:

  • Issues must be reported on the same day of delivery.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

7. Seller-Initiated Resolution:

In rare cases, Lakshmidairyhouse may offer a refund or store credit if replacement is not feasible, at its sole discretion.

8. Policy Acceptance:

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Return & Replacement Policy, along with our Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
