Cancellation Policy

At Lakshmidairyhouse, all food products are prepared and packed only after order confirmation. Due to the perishable nature of food items, the following cancellation rules apply.

1. Order Cancellation Window:

  • Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins.

  • Once the order status is confirmed / in preparation, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

2. How to Cancel an Order:

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately via phone or WhatsApp at [contact number].

  • Requests received after preparation has started will not be accepted.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • If cancelled before preparation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • No refund will be provided for orders cancelled after preparation or dispatch.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders:

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Prepared or packed food items

  • Same-day local delivery orders

  • Bulk or customized orders

  • Promotional or discounted orders

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellation:

Our Company reserves the right to cancel an order in rare situations such as:

  • Ingredient unavailability

  • Quality or food safety concerns

  • Operational issues

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. No Returns on Food Products:

As per food safety regulations, food products are not eligible for return once prepared or delivered.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Cancellation Policy along with our Return & Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
